A little while back, Igor climbed Mt. Whitney and took a picture at the top. Here is a brief synapsis:
“We spend the first night at the Outpost camp at 10,300 on Friday night. We did summit push on Saturday starting at 7:30am. “
“I got to high camp and was rested and mentally prepared by the time Sylvain (co-climber) came. I handed him my filter and wanted to get on the trail before the sun got any stronger.”
